Block Patterns are locked

    Hello! I was happily adding block patterns to my theme and my pages. I came back to the site to keep working on it a while later and suddenly all of the block patterns were locked. I haven’t been able to select any since. How do I unlock them?

    Hi Jill,

    This seems to be a default setting if you try to acces the patterns while you are under the patterns section in the editor , for example , I tried to edit one pattern on the header section of one my template and its indeed locked

    However, If you scroll down to the templates area , the patterns can be edited

    If the patterns are on a page instead of a template, you navigate to the page and you will be able to edit /select
