Block specific accounts from making spam-likes on my site

    I see this question was asked 6 years ago and at the time the answer was “You can’t.” I’m asking again in case the answer has changed. As two days ago everytime I make a post these same six accounts come along and “like” my post. They are basically spam and their profile links back to information on how they can get you a loan/mortgage.

    Is there any way I can block these six accounts from being able to do this or do I have to just turn off the ability to like any posts?

    Is there any way I can delete their likes? I don’t want my site linking to theirs in any way, form, or fashion.
