Block specific country from accessing my blog, how??

  How I do block a specific country from viewing my blog without plugins. I saw the setting before, however I can not locate it any longer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are your sure, it is only with plugins?

  I am quite sure. I am also sure that, regardless what plugin you use, it will be easily gotten around. All of WP.com was blocked by Russia a few days ago, and it’s blocked by China right now, and as you can see we have a lot of Russians and Chinese people here anyway.
