Block sticking on menu navigation

    I noticed that one of the blocks on my home page is suddenly visible when I open the navigation menu. I’ve tried everything I can think of to see what setting would be making it stick and have tried changing many things to see what could be causing this (both on the home page with this block and on the header/ navigation menu editors).
    I feel as if something in the code broke while I was making edits but don’t read code enough to figure out where or why the issue is occurring.
