block toolbar not displaying

  For some reason the block toolbar is not displaying so I cannot edit text in blocks. The 3 dots are not displaying

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  It looks like you are already using the Block Editor on your site, were you able to change that or are you still having problems?
