  On login to my dashboard, I get this message
  Error: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.
  Norton seems to have blocked cookies, but I cannot solve it. What happened?

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown

  Hi there!

  If Norton is blocking cookies for WordPress.com, you would need to add *.wordpress.com to the Norton website settings in order to allow the proper cookies needed to log into and use your website.

  When I try to log in to my wordpress dashboard using my regular URL ontosscience.com/wp-login.php, I get the message ERROR: cookies blocked due to inexpected output. It then logs in to an odd website. What happened?

  I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
