blocked access in Kazakhstan

  Kazakhstan has blocked access to blogs. I can not go to my blog http://slavomira.me/ with the Internet service provider (Kazakhtelecom – http://www.telecom.kz/?lang=en) for several months. In the present my blog work with mobile internet “Beeline Kazakhstan”. Consequently I want to delete my card VISA from my account and delete the blog after December 31, 2015. Please help me. How can I do it?

  Hello there,

  You can delete your site whenever you wish by following these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleting your site will remove the credit card from your site entirely.

  In the meantime, I’ve disable the auto-renew function for your Premium upgrade. Now, you will not be charged automatically for your upgrade, even if you forget to delete your site.
