Blocked blog on wordpress.com

Hello, some Russian providers block my blog morgoev.wordpress.com ! They block it by IP-address, because there are some blogs on wordpress.com, having illigal content according to Russian rules and these bad blogs have the same IP-address as my blog. I asked providers and they answerd that they can do nothing with that.May be you have some hints how to overcome or bypass this situation ? In fact many people complain they can’t access myblog! Please help me !
