Blocked from accessing my account, reset password failed

1. This is concerning a different WordPress account, with a different email log in. URL: amwrites.wordpress.com, set to private mode since several years ago. Username: marinamarof.
2. Upon log in to the WordPress account hosting the above site, the following notification appeared:
INSECURE PASSWORD: Your login attempt has been blocked because the password you are using exists on lists of passwords leaked in data breaches. Attackers use such lists to break into sites and install malicious code. Please reset your password to reactivate your account. Learn More.3. Another notification appeared saying the account is blocked for safety precautions and I was asked to reset the password.
4. However, SMS code and email to change password did not arrive.
5. The email that I believe is associated with the account now seems to be unidentified by WordPress, leading to an accidental sign up of a new WordPress account with a WordPress auto-generated username (and not the marinamarof username).
6. I tried to initiate account auto-recovery, unfortunately I do not have any of the three required proofs. But I do have an email written to WordPress in December 2013 of an issue I have back then using the email associated with this troubled WordPress account. I also have a partial backup copy of the WordPress site in this current account that I am using.
Kindly assist, the site contains a decade-long of personal memories of going through grad school and motherhood. It would mean a lot to me to at least ensure that I am still in control of the site’s contents.

Referring to my point #6 above, I do not/no longer have any of the three options to offer proof of ownership. I have tried filling and submitting the form many times before bringing this issue into this forum for support but unfortunately, the system will not proceed unless any of the three options were fulfilled.
However, I do have an email written to support@wordpress.com in Dec. 2013 of an issue I have back then that associates the email with the site (amwrites.wordpress.com) hence my ownership of the WordPress account/site.
Is there any way, at all, that I can work this out directly with a staff? Willing to do whatever it takes to regain access and secure the site’s content.
