Blocked from accessing my dashboard !! Please help

  Hi, my name is Denis Mc Donnell and I am a Geography teacher in Rochestown College, Cork, Ireland.
  I am the owner and creator of http://www.rocogeog.wordpress.com which is a Geography website for our students.

  
  I recently tried to login to my dashboard but received a message saying the site was blocked.

  
  I cannot reset the password as the original email used to create the site ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) is no longer accessible.
  I don’t have a transaction ID, Activation URL or key or Two-Step Authentication Codes as I don’t have access to the original email!!

  
  I have access to both emails on the homepage of the site
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  I also know the password for the blocked site but it’s blocked
  Can you please help me to recover login access to my site
