  Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. You must contact the TOS-team using the contact form at https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/

  Hi there,

  You cannot buy a domain for a suspended site, and accounts with suspended sites cannot create new sites on WordPress.com.

  That error message you quoted contains a link you can use to contact our terms of service team directly about this. Or otherwise you can use the page that @staartmees linked to above.

  We don’t discuss suspended sites in the public support forums, so I’m closing this thread to further replies.
