Blocked from creating a new site

Hi! I deleted my wordpress site called iizikindlustus.wordpress.com. Now I want to create a new site but it tells me that I’m blocked from creating a new site? Why? I don’t get it. Did I do something wrong?

You can’t create a new site with the same name of one you’ve deleted but you may have the option in your dashboard to restore the deleted site if less than 30 days have passed.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re having creating a new site. Could you please share if you were trying to create a site with the same site address, iizikindlustus.wordpress.com. If so, as @themagicrobot mentioned, it’s not possible. However, we can restore deleted sites within 30 days from the date of deletion, so if that’s what you want to do, let me know.

No, I tried to create a new website. When I klick on “add new site” button then instantly there’s a message saying that I cant create a new site. Not trying to create a site that I previously had or that I have atm. A brand new one.

I just checked your account for you and I can’t any reason why you shouldn’t be able to add new sites and domains.
This may be a web browser issue. Can you try clearing your browser cache by following the instructions below?
