Blocked from creating a new site?

    Hello, I tried to create a new site (I haven’t done so in a long time and I have none existing). But I was given an error message, ‘We’ve hit a snag. It looks like something went wrong while setting up your site. Please contact support so that we can help you out. user_get_blocked: The user is blocked from creating a new site.’

    I haven’t broken any WordPress rules as far as I’m aware. Nor was I ever made aware that I broke any rules. I’m just not sure why I can’t create a new site? Is there some way to fix this?
