Blocked from purchasing domain

  Hi, I’m trying to bring my domain over from GoDaddy but I keep getting an error saying to contact customer support to see why. Ive tried contacting support but the only option I see is to ask in the forum.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Would you please share the domain name you’re trying to transfer?

  Once we know that, we should be able to help or at least direct you to the folks who can.

  It says I’ve been blocked from purchasing a new domain, then when I go through the steps to bring that one over it just keeps looping the same pages.
