Blocked in Russia?

  Dear Sir/Madam,
  My friends in Russia, mostly Moscow, are unable to see my wordpress page. I was wonder whether wordpress does not provide services to Russia for it seems as if other pages (not being my own) are also blocked. Is there something I can do about this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot assist your friend aside from what follows. The best suggestion would be to try to setup another VPN service. See: Bypassing internet restrictions http://en.support.wordpress.com/bypassing-internet-restrictions/

  Why is it blocked all of a sudden? A few days ago I had no problems accessing the site.

  @capricecake as one more question, do you have the same trouble if you try to view the site using a different connection?

  First of, thank you for your kinds responses! And my Apologies for the delay.

  This summer I have logged in succesfully to wordpress when I was in Nizhni Novgorod (Russia). However, friends of mine trying to look at my articles in Moscow cannot read my posts, nor other blogs hosted by wordpress.

  Update: website did not load at all. Now the problem seems to have been resolved.

  Thanks @russiasinvisibleborder . Are they all able to access the site now? I’m wondering if there was just some problem with an ISP in Moscow.

  When I asked them yesterday they were capable indeed. I have no idea what has caused it, but it lasted for at least two weeks prior to posting the post on the forum.

  In any case, warm thanks for the rapid and caring replies.
