Blocked IP

I came back from vacation, having not touched my WordPress account once, only to get a message saying ‘administrator has blocked your IP’. I can’t write blogs and I’m not hearing back from WordPress help desk. HELP.

That message would not be coming from WordPress.com – if that was the case, you would have been prevented from posting in the forums as well.
While it looks like your domain is registered here at WordPress.com, your website is being hosted at Google since your domain A record is pointing to
34.148.223.248which is a Google hosting IP address.This error sounds like you’re trying to access your site from a business where they typically have lists of websites that can’t be accessed on their network. You would need to contact the IT department and ask them to whitelist your site (you may need to give them a reason why).
If you’re not at a business, you may need to check with your ISP to see if they have recently implemented blocks for Google-hosted websites and ask them to allow your site to be accessed.
