Blocked IP address?

  When I try to logon to WordPress using my domain tonylawrence.co.za of logon ID = TonyLawrence or email : (email visible only to moderators and staff), I get the following error message : ‘ERROR: Login failed because your IP address has been blocked. Please contact the administrator.’ Are you able to resolve this for me?
