I am constantly asking Woredfence tech support to unblock my site. The next time I login it is blocked when the new password fails to work. Iwant this problem permannantly resolved with an explanatiopn before I ren my supscription. I await your response?

Why is there no technical support 24 hours. The rest of the world is still working, but not WordPress tech. I am paying good money and getting no support. I have spent hours trying to get in touch with WordPress support. I do not want to use their forum members, I want answers and cannot email or speak to a living person, and the pages of useless information is not what I am paying for. WordPress support is a non-starter. Why am I paying good money for no back-up support to my site?

Sadly the automated replies send you to a forum that is no help for specific problems. The statement of ‘We are here to help you’ is lip service to a false claim. There is no help available when you want a simple answer to a simple question a human being could answer in minutes. I have spent countless hours pursuing the same problem, but when I get to speak to a technician the problem is resolved, but it returns the next time I try to log in. Wordfence is expensive and full of problems, why am I paying for this nightmare scenario that never gets fixed.

Could I get an answer to my problem if I purchased a plan? Because I don’t see an answer on the forum to change settings to eliminate getting blocked on sign in.
