Blocked out of my own site

I recently had my computer wiped and I lost all of my information. When I originally set my account up, I had a thunderbird account and its gone as well therefore, all of the confirmation and “password reset” information is going elsewhere. I need to administrate my page ASAP. Can anyone help me?
