Blocked purchase domain

    Hello sir
    Myself nilam chaudhari from India
    I made a website few days age nd it’s incomplete
    Bt now i want to srart new website bt where i go to purchase domain it shows ‘you are blocked to purchase domain on wordpress’

    Please help me

    You have a suspended site in your account. Accounts with suspended sites cannot buy upgrades or create new site on WordPress.com.
