Blocked Purchases…

  I am Alex. My first post…
  First of all, thanks for the superb tool you offers and for all the support.

  Now, the problem:
  Yesterday i tried to pay for a personal plan for my site but i got an error.
  I tried again… and got Blocked.

  I am in Mozambique… and may be (probably…) my debit card, even if it is a visa one, is blocked by the bank. I will get info about. Sorry, my bad…

  Now i would like to ask a friend to pay with PayPal but i still get the message of blocked purchase.

  How long may take to unblock it?
