  Hi, i’ve imported my blog from Blogger but you’ve blocked my site here on wordpress for spam or undesiderated contents.
  I want to restore my blog (http://parliamodiciclismo.wordpress.com) without import posts from Blogger. You can unblocked the site so i can register the url???

  We Volunteers can’t help you. You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). There’s also a contact form you can use to reach them at the bottom of this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/

  If you have already contacted Staff, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
