Blocking a follower

I know that it is not possible to block followers. However, I believe in the near future there should be an option to be able to. Recently, I’ve had a pornography blogger follow me and that is VERY unnerving.
Just a suggestion. I didn’t even realize that pornography was allowed on WordPress.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is in fact what the public designation means and anyone anyone with internet access can follow your public blog’s RSS Feed.

Note that you have complete control over everything that’s posted to your blog via comment moderation

Thanks for reply. I understand about blogs being public. I guess the pornography thing was what kinda threw me off. I will report it. Thanks!
