Blocking a given person from commenting.

  Is it possible to block a person from making comments? A person named Jerry Grant has been dropping by and making sarcastic, angry comments that I end up deleting. I would like to ban him from commenting at all. Is this possible?

  Easily. Go to Settings->Discussion and put his username and email into the Moderation box, which lets you look over and approve/discard his comments before they go live, or the Black box, which means you never see his comments at all.
