Blocking a visitor?

  Hi i wanted to know if there was a way to block a visitor for a certain country, I love that feature by that way. Seeing at it was only one visitor that day, and the amount of views and other related issues outside WordPress I was hoping you can locate and block that url? It’s was on April 25 and from Canada. Is this possible?
