Blocking comments via email block

  Hello all,

  I’ve done a search and see that to block a user’s email, IP, etc. I need to go to Dashboard > Options…

  Yet, I don’t see an “Options” selection when I click on my Dashboard…

  Am I missing it?

  Please help if you can.

  Dashboard > settings > discussion with the user interface toward the bottom of the page.
