Blocking Re-bloggers

  I have another blogger who is reblogging my posts to his site and then posting nasty comments. When I reply to clear up any points he makes he refuses to post the replies and makes more nasty comments.
  I would like to know if I can block this individual from re-blogging my posts through WordPress.

  There’s no selective banning, only turning off reblogging for everyone.
