Blocking someone from copying my content

    I see that http://lamlaicuocdoi.xyz/category/thuong-nga/ is copying my content with no back links given. He /she is translating many of my posts and publishing the whole thing with my content as their own.
    I need to block this person immediately.

    There isn’t an option to block specific people through WordPress.com. lamlaicuocdoi.xyz is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy rather than WordPress.com:

    While WordPress.com sites can be reported to us, we don’t have any control over or access to WordPress.org sites (as they are not hosted on our servers). You could try contacting the site owner and ask them to remove your content or add a credit — by leaving a comment if they don’t provide a contact form.
