Blocking unwanted followers.

I keep get 3 or 4 people who are trying to sell things following me. they dont read or like my blogs and despite asking and repeated removal they keep refollowing. i dont want people who read my blogs thinking i support these people as in no way shape or form do i support them. i have tried to block them, but it does not block them at all. so any chance you can actually make the blocking actually work? or tell me a way to get rid of these spongers

If your site is set to public, anyone with access to the internet can follow it, and there is no way to prevent someone from following a public site. The only blocking feature we have is to prevent someone from commenting on your site.
i dont want people who read my blogs thinking i support these people
There is no way for anyone reading your blog to know who follows it, as we don’t display your blog followers anywhere except in the dashboard that only you have access to.
