Blocking Website redirecting to my site…
-
Dear WordPress Gurus
I have go daddy hosting and I got the IP of someones old website. They have not parked their domain and crawlers hit his name and then crawl my site.
I have tried blocking his website name using the code below but it does not seem top give a 403 error…..<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} http://mattg777.com [NC,OR]
RewriteCond %[HTTP_REFERER] http://www.mattg777.com [NC]
RewriteRule .* – [F]
</IfModule>I Even tried
RewriteEngine on
# Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} mattg777.com [NC,OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} www.mattg77.com
RewriteRule .* – [F]I put this or the other rule in my root directory .htaccess and at the top of my .htaccess file and it doesn’t work.
I got to mattg777.com and it still goes to my site and loads the content. No error…..
Please help
I am totally new to .htaccess php and suchThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As noted above you are in the wrong forum – but it looks like you have I think a Splogger (they are copying your site) – you need to get help with content theft and probably file a DMCA take down notice with their host
