  I have spent untold hours trying to work around the new block editor. It is awful. How do I single space a poem?

  HI There

  I was able type a single space poem by creating a paragraph block and when ready for the next line I use “shift and enter”

  Specifically this paragraph:

  New Line in an Existing Block
  You can start a new line with single spacing, instead of double spacing or a new Paragraph block, by pressing Shift + Return/Enter on your keyboard.

  Give that a try and see if it works.
