Blocks for WooCommerce

Please help. I am trying to make a WooCommerce website using Blocks that has one main page that the viewer can scroll downwards to each section. At the top will be our logo, below is our commercial MP4 video that plays automatically, below that is two products with a detailed description next to each. We don’t understand how Blocks work. The how-to videos we watch don’t look like our edit pages. When I attach the logo and the video, it never actually populates onto the page.
