Blog 1 messes up Blog 2

When logged in as teachrcr, can you see belitsheri.net listed if you click the link below?

    https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

If you can’t, please let me know.

    If you can, that’s great.

The next step is to send an invitation to kendlp to become an admin for the site.

This will allow one single account, kendlp, to be an admin for both sites.

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#how-to-invite-people-to-your-site.

    Please:

    • Navigate to My Sites > Manage > People
    • Click the Invite button on the right-hand side of the screen
    • Enter kendlp as the username
    • Select Administrator as the role
    • Click the “Send Invite” button

Then please log out as teachrcr, then log in as kendlp.

When you’re logged in, you should now see kendlp as the username in the left-hand sidebar at https://wordpress.com/me

Next, please check the email account associated with the kendlp account for an invitation to become an admin for the site. In the email, click the “accept invitation” link.

Hopefully, you should then be logged in as kendlp with admin access to https://belitsheri.net/

Okay, I have tried, but the WordPress world is too difficult for me anymore. Some of my colleagues want TeachRCR to go on, and I feel the same way.

If I can’t get Belit-Sheri to fold into TeachRCR in a few more days, I hope you can tell me how I can dump Belit-Sheri. It will be a lost of time and money, but TeachRCR is more important.

Maybe I’ll have to use Blogger / Blogspot instead.

    Thanks for your help.

    Ken

  • https://belitsheri.net/ is already under your teachrcr account.

    You’ll access it at https://wordpress.com/posts/belitsheri.net

You just need to make sure you are logged in as your teachrcr account.

What problem _exactly_ are you running into? Maybe we’re just misunderstanding you.

garysixtyeight and macmanx – Thank you for helping me. I’ll try again.

    https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs shows two blogs:

    “TeachRCR Services” http://www.teachrcr.us
    It works!

    “Go away”
    http://www.livesimple.org/WordPress
This doesn’t work. Livesimple was a blog I had years ago. Until to today I thought that I had completely dumped the site and its shadows. Now I see one trace: “404 Not Found – The requested URL /WordPress was not found on this server.”

Since belitsheri.net is not listed, I suppose that I need new guidance.

    Thanks again,

    Ken

Ken – when you check the sidebar of your account at https://wordpress.com/me, you need to see teachrcr as the username in order to access belitsheri.net

If you see kendlp, you’re logged into the wrong account.

Thanks, folks. I spent most of my day yesterday and all I could do was to follow my tail. I also have a downturn vis-a-vis my health.

Would you be so kind to send Belit-Sheri to the great Blog in the sky? That is, I want Belit-Sheri to be put to dead. I just don’t have the time or strength anymore.

And to be sure: I and others want TeachRCR to keep working.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Ken

macmanx + darnelldibbles + supernovia + fstat + garysixtyeight = help and support, which I thank.

Over the weeks, I’ve tried many times to make TeachRCR.us and BelitSheri.net into two distinct sites. Nothing worked.

The last bit of hope came from fstat: “contact us via live chat at https://wordpress.com/help/contact”.

As usual, I can’t find the key. I hope that one of you would send me a link directly to the live chat.

    Thanks again,

    Ken

P.S. I know that I have missed some of the information that y’all sent my way, but I also had a hard time making the puzzle of the information that you sent to me against the words on WordPress. I feel that WP has fixed one place and not another, or just used different ways of saying it. It’s confusing. – KDP

  • Hi Ken –

Live chat support is available to you under the teachrcr account since you have a personal plan upgrade on that account.

You will not be able to access live chat from the kendlp account because it does not have any upgrades.

    1. Sign back in to the teachrcr account.
    2. Go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
    3. A live chat session will be initiated.

Write back to me here if that does not work.

lizkarkoski – Thank you, but I’m confused (as usual). I’ve signed in to my TeachRCR account, then went to /help/contact and nothing happened.

Should I try to sign in teachrcr through iPower?

    Ken

  • No, you should be able to log into your teachrcr account at WordPress.com and gain access to live chat. When you say, nothing happens, what exactly is happening? :) Are you receiving a blank screen? Are you being re-routed to the forums?

At the risk of repeating what’s already been posted in this long thread, here’s what I see:
http://www.teachrcr.us/ isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com.It is hosted by iPower. You can’t have WordPress.com Livechat support for that site as it isn’t hosted here. Perhaps it is connected to your WordPress.com account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/kendlp/ by the JetPack plugin.

Where you have confused things is that you have a WordPress.com account called https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/teachrcr/. When you log in to that account you only reach the https://belitsheri.net/ site not the iPower site. That account should be able to access WordPress.com Livechat.
(And perhaps that should have been the account with the JetPack plugin to access your iPower site???)
