  I am trying to upload a post which contains a picture but get an error saying that Picture upload not supported by blog. This has only begun to occur recently and it is very frustrating. I am also a complete duffer at web stuff.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy emhart2,

  Currently WordPress.com only allow 4 different file types for images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif). For more information on this please check:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/
