  My cousin could not place a blog on my new site can anyone try to place a blog and let me know the details on how to do that? I can but she could not.

  If I understand your question correctly, the video that might help the most is titled “How to create a post.”

  @mypickeringfamilywebsite did you perhaps mean you want other people to be able to write their own posts on your site? You can add other people as authors, contributors etc following these instructions:-

  Yes I wish other people to be able to place a blog and upload a photo? Or am I better with one note for this with a file share?

  When you allow someone to “place a blog” (better known as writing a blog post) they also will have the ability to upload a photo and insert that photo into the blog post.

  But only if they’ve been added as an author to the site by the Admin going to “People” “add”. Contributors can write blog posts but can’t upload photos.
