  how can i make it im confused, do we have to confirm email to post, what if we dont have an email how are we supposed to post and upgrade the site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @youna18,

  I remember how it was when I started out building sites with WordPress.com, and I understand it can be a bit confusing. Luckily there are lots of help to get here in the forum, so don’t be afraid to ask!

  You don’t need to worry about upgrading your site at WordPress.com. This happens automatically, and is one of the many perks of having a site here.

  To post something on your blog, first make sure you’re logged into WordPress.com. Then click My Sites in the upper left corner of your screen, and then on the Add button next to Blog Posts in the menu that appears. After entering a title and some text or images in the editor, click on the Publish button neart the top, right corner of your screen. That’s all it takes =)

  You could also find a lot of helpful support articles for many issues by searching for it on this site:

  And if you’re brand new to WordPress.com, this would probably be a good place to start out learning the ropes:
