  Hello @thefithealthydad
  If you trying to change the title of your blog, you can do that by following these steps:
  1. Go to your general settings: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/
  2. Change site title by changing the value of the Site Title field.
  3. Click SAVE SETTINGS.

  OR ELSE, follow these steps:
  1. Go to My Site(s) → Customize(Beside the Themes option) or just click here: https://wordpress.com/customize/. This will open the site Customizer.
  2. On the sidebar of the Customizer, click Site Identity.
  3. Change the value of the Site Title field to the name you want for your site.
  4. Finally, click Save & Publish.
