    I recently bought the 3 year long deal and whenever I try to go to my website it is saying that I do not have an account when I know that I have one and paid for one. I would like to be able to share my blog posts so can you please help

    It will help us find out your account if you can share the link to your website. If you haven’t created any, where did you buy a 3-year long deal?

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was only created yesterday. We also do not sell any three-year upgrades on WordPress.com.

    I see a site connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, http://box2072.temp.domains/~thatgiy2, but that is a temporary domain for a site hosted with Bluehost and using the open source WordPress software.

    If you bought a three-year hosting plan from Bluehost, you need to contact them for help with your site. This forum is only for sites hosted on WordPress.com, and we have no control over sites hosted with or services purchased from other providers like Bluehost.
