  I assume that this is a question about terms and conditions. My understanding is that you can take payment for providing a blog on free WordPress.com as long as the blog itself is of a permitted type. Specifically you cannot advertise for your sponsor or have a site designed just to drive traffic to them.

  Read Types of Blogs to see what is allowed on WordPress.com. If you are still not clear or have a specific question then let us know and either I or another volunteer will try to answer your question.
