  Hi,

  You would need to know that person’s URL for their blog

  For example sitename.wordpress.com

  Hi there,
  You don’t need to “know” the person, Just the URL of their website. Blogs are usually found by googling specifics like: Let’s say you are interested in dogs, then you may find within your search many blogs and articles related.
  If you are trying to find a specific person’s blog, you can check their social media, their URL is usually there.
