  I’ve lost the log in information for a blog I created in 2011. I haven’t been able to log in for a couple of years now. What should I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve tried that and it’s treating my request as a completely new account–still no access to my old blog.

  Then my best advice is to try entering any and all email addresses you have access to at:
  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  That way, you can determine if you still have access to the email address associated with the relevant account, and figure out which email address has such access.

  I’ve tried that as well. I thought it was going to work, but when I reset the password, the result looks like a new account with no access to my old blog.

  It sounds like you recovered a different WordPress.com account. Have you tried other email addresses, too?
