blog access
-
A programmer under a pay per service contract created a blog for my site:
He used his email to create this. He gave me user name and password.
I logged in and changed login and password and email.
Now login do not accept old or new information.
Lost password do not accept new email.
Lost password recognize old email. Sent a link.
Click on the link, it says : Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.
The programmer no longer works for me and would not forward emails in future.
The site belongs to me and so is blog.
I have full access to the backend. Please advise how to resolve this situation.

Be patient until a volunteer is available to answer your question, posting the same information won’t get it answered any quicker.

Actually I already have an answer, the blog you specified http://www.funtual.com/blog/ is not a freehosted WordPress.com site, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.org/support

You can create a wordpress.org username account on the top right hand corner of the page ardpete posted the link to above http://wordpress.org/support and post to the wordpress.org support forum to get help.
