Blog access denied, log-in loop

  Hi, folks. Last winter I had this problem, and now it’s happened again. I’ve cleared out my browser cache, set cookie handling to ‘1st party accept’ and ‘3rd party block’, also changed to a new password and registered it. It was accepted; other settings are normal but I can’t get to my dashboard at http://draaiorgelfan.wordpress.com…

  I shouldn’t be missing anything this time, but the repeated log-in loop is frustrating. Any answers?

  I believe you have to have your browser set to accept 3rd party cookies if I’m remembering correctly. Make that change and give it a try.

  Good morning, Sacred aka Richard. I made that change but still denied access. Must be something else.

  Question: could InPrivate Browsing be affecting the access? There are two boxes – 1. ‘Do not collect data…’ is not checkmarked, and 2. ‘Disable toolbars and extensions…’ IS checkmarked.
