  Im trying to add another wordpress.com blog to my account but the address I want to use says it already exists, however, when go to it, internet explorer says that the site no longer exists. Can’t an address be released if its been deleted?

  Deleted blog URLs cannot be recycled.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
