  What did blog did you want to change the address of and what did you want to change the address to?

  If the blog name you want to change to has been used or exists you can’t change a name to a name that exists or has been used in the past.

  If you own the target blog, you can export / import the content to the second address and get the site redirect upgrade to send traffic to the second site
