If I want to change my blog address from conversationswithyolandi.wordpress.com to anunkeptmind.wordpress.com., how do I go about doing this. Do I just change the address tool on the dashboard or do I move my blog as per your heading moving your blog? If I just change address, do I keep my followers and stats. If I move my blog do I just keep my followers and stats and what happens to my previous posts, comments etc?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you own http://anunkeptmind.wordpress.com/ then you can export your content out of http://conversationswithyolandi.wordpress.com/ and import it into http://anunkeptmind.wordpress.com/

No you cannot do that!
Deleting a free hosted WordPress.com blog requires ignoring multiple warning messages clearly stating that URL deletion is permanent and irreversible. Not only that it requites using the verification link sent in the email and ignoring that same warning there too.The deleted blog URL will not become available again. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

How long does it take it staff needs to move my subscribers and also if I export my content does that include all posts, comments etc and layout, pics?

Yes, but remember: there’s no going back, the old URL is dead forever, and people often regret it.

Comments and posts will move just fine.
It varies, I suspect today they’ll be quite busy. You post clearly where you want the followers moved FROM and where TO and then you put “modlook” in the tag box in the sidebar here, and then you wait.
