Blog address change

  I would like to:
  option 1 – change blog’s name or address;
  option 2 – if 1 isn’t possible cancel blog
  I’ve already searched FAQ’s and on http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ i followed the “

  “instructions only to get to the following message:

  A few questions might help figure out why this process isn’t working for you.

  -Go to your dashboard, under users, and check the email address for the administrator on your account.
  -Check your spam folder to ensure the email isn’t getting filtered by your email provider.

  If you can verify those two things, we can then send this up the chain for more help.

  Thank you for trying to help. I’ve done what you suggested and ll data seems correct. I also checked spam and bin.
  So, I do I move on from here?

  exactly which blog address it is that your want to change?
  exactly which username account registered that blog address?
  exactly which blog address you want to change it to?

  Thanks for support.
  This is the blog I wish to name change: teresasstelfr.wordpress.com
  user (which BTW I would also like to change) is: teresasstelfr
  new name (already introduced but, apparently, not operating is: http://AR.wordpress.com

  Just would like to clarify — were you attempting to change your blog address from “teresasstelfr.wordpress.com” to “http://AR.wordpress.com”?

  If so, that would not be possible since the URL is reserved for our Arabic homepage.

  You may try changing your username and blog address at the same time using the instructions provided in the URL below:
