blog address change is not working

  I went through the instructions for changing the blog address several times and keep getting the following message:

  “This is not available, check back later”.
  Blog url: http://backpackerineurope.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We all get the same message so I’m not clear why you popsted here. We Volunteers have no idea when Staff will re-enable this tool.
