  When I try to change the blog address, this is the message I get:

  This tool is temporary disabled. Check back soon.

  How soon is it?

  The changing your blog address tool it has been temorarily disabled by Staff and we Volunteers have no idea when Staff will reactivate that feature. Luckily the inability to use that feature will not prevent you from blogging.
