blog address change- the address i want isn't being used but wordpress says no!

Hi, I am trying to change my blog web address from lizzieme.wordpress.com to beingreal.wordpress.com to match my blog name. it says that this name has already been taken but when i searched this address it says that the user has actually deleted it so it should be available. how can i get this address?

Once a user deletes an address it can no longer be reused by anyone. You can either sign up for a custom domain or thing of something similar.

You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain vis a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
